Here’s why we know our stuff…..

Justine

I started my HR career 13 years ago when I started studying for my professional qualification whilst holding down a permanent job (I’m nothing if not determined!). After studying 2 nights a week for 2 years I qualified and became an Assistant HR Advisor at Innovex UK Ltd in Marlow, Bucks.  After 5 years with this fast growing company in a generalist role providing advice on employment law, recruitment and compensation and benefits I flew the nest and gained valuable experience outside the pharmaceutical industry with printing and IT companies.  I landed with In2Focus Ltd, again in a generalist role and stayed for 6 years helping the company grow from 0 – 550 employees.  When the company was sold in 2007 I started my own consultancy business and here I am!

Leigh

I hadn’t planned on a career in recruitment, but after graduating and a stint in IT sales I found my calling! Over the last four years I have recruited for various sectors including FMCG, Pharmaceutical and Healthcare, Retail, Finance, Hospitality and IT Communications.

My clients tell me that my friendly and honest approach together with my ability to understand their requirements in terms of skills and cultural fit are the main reasons why they keep coming back to me.
Although I had the opportunity to build my career in a high street agency environment, my sister’s HR consultancy business was growing and seeing an increased demand for a recruitment service. After a Eureka moment we realised we should be working together and here we are! !

Our passion is in providing bespoke, top quality, practical advice and solutions which really make a difference…we can’t wait to show you what we can do!
